Phi-Systems offer contracted services and system support including telephone and remote support for a variety of traditional and IP Based communications solutions and IT networks throughout the UK.
Our Service Desk operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week to log queries by phone or via the Web.
Between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays), calls to our service desk are handled by a team of professionals trained to deal with your call. Whether you need a field engineer to respond to a major system problem or just in need of some helpful advice, our service desk team are in direct contact with all our support personnel.
Outside of these hours we operate a unified messaging service where any messages left with our call centre trigger text and e-mail messages to our technical personnel ensuring calls are logged even outside of normal business hours.

Faults and queries may also be created using our unique web based Customer Project Management system. When a job is created the selected support engineer is alerted instantly that a job has been allocated to him or her and is able to access the job record whether in the office or on the road, ensuring again that even outside hours of cover, that requests for support can be reviewed.
This provides a way for our customers to monitor the performance of Phi-Systems using the report feature to view a list of historical jobs.
Fixed charges apply for all planned facilities work. Hourly and Day rates are available on request. We can normally respond to requests for work in 48 to 72 hours subject to normal purchasing procedures.
