In addition to Phi Care proactive network monitoring, our unique web based Customer Project Management system allows our customers to log requests and queries 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week.

When a job is created the selected support engineer is alerted instantly that a job has been allocated to him or her and is able to access the job record whether in the office or on the road, ensuring that even outside hours of cover, requests for support can be reviewed.

This provides a way for our customers to monitor the progression of a request and the performance of Phi Systems using the report feature to view all historical jobs.
