Phi Systems offers an onsite or remote Pay As You Go (PAYG) IT support service, which is charged at a simple hourly rate. This popular service enables clients to only pay for the time actually used supporting their IT networks, software and computers. The 'pay As You Go' IT Support can be used for additional IT requirements, such as installing new systems.
The PAYG service can also be used as a mechanism to evaluate our support services prior to upgrading to our 'Full IT support' service.

Faults and queries are managed and may also be created on our unique web based Customer Portal System. When a job is created the selected support engineer is alerted instantly that a job has been allocated to him or her and is able to access the job record whether in the office or on the road, ensuring again that even outside hours of cover, that requests for support can be reviewed.
This provides a way for our customers to monitor the performance of Phi-Systems using the report feature to view a list of historical jobs.
Fixed charges apply for all planned facilities work. Hourly and Day rates are available on request. We can normally respond to requests for work in 48 to 72 hours subject to normal purchasing procedures.
