We use only tier 1 providers using fixed line services for voice traffic. The advent of VoIP means that some operators are offering unbelievably low call tariffs and that is fine if the quality of all calls made from your company premises is of no importance to you or your customers. In our experience toll quality calls is a minimum requirement for 95% of our customers. We therefore use only fixed line operators for handling our customers calls.
We offer on-line billing by Extension number if required.
